All prk97 Accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Once selected, the account currency cannot be changed. All deposits, wagers, winnings, bonus amounts, and withdrawals will be processed in PKR.
prk97 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all accounts prior to processing withdrawals. KYC is a standard regulatory requirement for licensed gaming operators and exists to protect both players and the integrity of the Platform.

prk97 accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100. Deposits are generally credited to your prk97 Account within minutes of payment confirmation from the relevant provider. prk97 does not charge deposit fees, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Processing times are as follows:

Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements and are not eligible for withdrawal until those requirements have been fully satisfied. Attempting to withdraw funds before wagering requirements are met will result in the forfeiture of any applicable Bonus Funds.
prk97 reserves the right to delay, withhold, or reverse any deposit or withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such circumstances, prk97 may request additional documentation before releasing funds.
From time to time, prk97 offers bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and other incentives to registered players. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer, in addition to the general provisions set out in this section.
Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms, all bonus amounts are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount received. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limits will be specified in the individual promotion's terms.
prk97 employs automated systems to detect bonus abuse. Where bonus abuse is detected, prk97 reserves the right to void all bonus funds, cancel all associated wagers, forfeit any winnings derived from such activity, and permanently close the account.
All bonuses have an expiry period. Bonus Funds and any associated free spins or bets that are not used within the stated validity period will be automatically removed from the account. prk97 is under no obligation to extend bonus validity periods.
Each game category on the prk97 Platform — including but not limited to cricket betting, live casino, slots, Super Bingo, and Ludo Quick — is governed by game-specific rules displayed within that game or section. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any wager.
All sports bets are settled in accordance with prk97's official Sports Betting Rules, which are available within the Cricket and sports sections of the Platform. In the event of a dispute regarding settlement, prk97's records and the relevant sporting body's official result shall be the definitive reference. prk97 reserves the right to void bets where there is evidence of match manipulation, data errors, or any other integrity-related concern.
All casino games, including live dealer games and slots, use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology independently audited for fairness. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slot titles are published on each game's information page. Malfunction of any game software voids all affected plays and wagers. prk97's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude prk97's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter for which liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
prk97 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. prk97 shall not be liable for any losses attributable to Platform downtime, provided reasonable steps have been taken to restore service promptly.
prk97 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering for an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
